Returns & Refunds

Thank you for supporting my work. Because each piece is carefully created, packaged, and prepared for its new home, I have a limited return and refund policy.

 

Original Artwork & Other Purchases

All sales of original artwork, prints, and other products purchased through online or in-person are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference. Please review photographs, dimensions, materials, and other product information carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece before purchasing, please feel free to contact me.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, or you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at vc.arts.studio@gmail.com and include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. I will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable. Please retain the original packaging and artwork until the matter has been resolved.

Commissions

Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for each client, commissions are non-refundable once work has begun. A 30%-50% deposit is required to reserve a commission and begin work. Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. Before the final artwork is completed, I will provide a work-in-progress image as outlined in the commission agreement. Any included revisions must be requested at that stage. Additional revisions or substantial changes outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. If you choose to cancel a commission after work has begun, amounts paid toward work already completed are non-refundable. Any remaining balance for work that has not yet been completed will not be charged. If I am unable to complete a commission for reasons within my control, I will provide an appropriate refund for work that has not been completed.
